Jacqueline Chepng’eno

Jacqueline is an Associate in the firm in both litigation and conveyancing departments. She joined the firm as a pupil and was admitted to the bar in the year 2021. She is a graduate of The University of Nairobi also holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Her main areas of interest are Constitutional law, Commercial litigation, tax law, intellectual
Property law, land law, administrative law, Employment law and securities law. She was among the youngest lawyers in a team representing the President in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme court in the Building Bridges Initiave case famously dubbed “BBI case”. She also has experience in all aspects banking, perfection of securities, development and conveyancing
having been engaged in various property acquisition, property development and project financing as well as sale.
