Joanne is a Partner with the firm and is in charge of the Commercial, Conveyancing and Real Estate Department. She joined the firm as a pupil and was admitted to the bar in the year 2011. She is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and is currently undertaking the Certified Public Secretary course (Section VI). Joanne specialises in the areas of Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Bank Securitization. She also has vast experience in Legislative drafting, review and advisory, and has assisted various organizations in carrying out legal audits through which she provides guidance in managing risks and exposure to liability.
