He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and the head of General litigation. He is the Managing Partner and has over 24 years post qualification experience in Corporate and Commercial litigation.
He also holds a master’s degree in International Trade and Investments Law. He is very good with general commercial litigation and a number of insurance companies that we work for are included in his office portfolio. He is a capable mediator and has defended and handled major arbitral proceedings and more particularly construction and commercial arbitrations for corporate clients .
He has also adroitly dealt with family disputes, research, legal opinions, and consultancy as well as contract negotiations. He is conversant with general drafting, corporate statutory compliance, and registration of bank documents, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Munyalo is also a qualified Certified Public Secretary an Accredited Mediator with the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre and a Notary Public.
