Gathoni is an associate with the firm working in the Commercial Securities and Real Estate Department. She joined the firm in January 2015 and underwent one year of pupilage at the firm where she was exposed to an extensive, hands-on training and experience in various areas of law. Her main areas of interest and expertise include; Real Estate & Property Management, Commercial Securities, Intellectual Property Law as well as Probate and Administration (Law of Succession). She graduated from Kenyatta University in the year 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree, Second Class Honours Upper Division and later obtained her Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Gathoni was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2016.

Kemigisha is an associate with the firm. She joined the firm in 2016 and her areas of practice comprise; commercial and civil litigation, preparation of conveyancing instruments. She graduated from Uganda Christian University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree (Hons).She obtained her Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2016.Currently she is undertaking the Certified public secretary course (section iv).

Abdullahi is an associate in our firm and a member of the Dispute Resolution Department. Abdullahi specialises in commercial and civil dispute resolution. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Abdullahi has a LLB from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Barbara is an associate with the firm working in the Commercial Department. She joined the firm in January 2016 and underwent one year of pupilage at the firm where she was exposed to an extensive hands-on training and experience in various areas of the law.

Her main areas of interest and expertise include;Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial and Estate Planning Trust and Foreign Investment. She is currently the lead associate in advising a financial institution in structuring a Management Buyout Transaction involving Ksh 5 Billion.

She graduated from University College of London in 2018 with a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law, has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree, Second Class Honours Upper Division from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is also an Arbitrator. Barbara was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2017.
