Rotich Kipkurgat Niphone is an Advocate who joined the firm in January 2024 for
Pupillage Training prior to his admission to the Bar on 29 th November in the same year.
In 2026, he was employed as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department,
majoring in Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment and Labour Relations
disputes, Land and Conveyancing disputes, and Arbitration.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from Moi University, and a Post
Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Professional Mediator
and a current member of the Law Society of Kenya.
Aside from delivering desirable results at work, Rotich enjoys reading, playing football,
engaging in discourses surrounding current affairs and community initiatives.
